Two Witnesses

The Old Testament says that two witnesses are needed, "... by the mouth of two or three witnesses the matter shall be established." (Deuteronomy 19:15, NKJV)
 
When Jesus speaks about this issue, he appears to contradict himself:
      "If I bear witness of Myself, My witness is not true." (John 5:31, NKJV)
      "Even if I bear witness of Myself, My witness is true ..." (John 8:14, NKJV)
 
So which one is it? Both statements are in fact saying the same thing.
 
When Jesus says, "If I bear witness of Myself, My witness is not true." (John 5:31, NKJV) he's saying that without His Father's witness, His witness is not true. There has to be two witnesses, His own witness and His Father's witness. If you read John 5:31-47 (included below) Jesus explains:
 1. The Father sent John to bear witness about Jesus
 2. It is The Father (not John) who bears witness about Jesus
 3. There are two witnesses: Jesus Himself and His Father
 4. There are other witnesses - Jesus' works and the Scriptures that identify Him

When Jesus says, "Even if I bear witness of Myself, My witness is true ..." (John 8:14, NKJV) he's saying that he's not alone because He's with His Father. There are two witness, Jesus Himself and His Father. If you read John 8:13-18 (included below) Jesus explains:
  1. He is not alone, He is with the Father
  2. There are two witnesses: Jesus Himself and His Father

There is no contradiction between the two statements. They are both saying the same thing.

John 5:31-47, NKJV
31 "If I bear witness of Myself, My witness is not true. 32 There is another who bears witness of Me, and I know that the witness which He witnesses of Me is true. 33 You have sent to John, and he has borne witness to the truth. 34 Yet I do not receive testimony from man, but I say these things that you may be saved. 35 He was the burning and shining lamp, and you were willing for a time to rejoice in his light. 36 But I have a greater witness than John’s; for the works which the Father has given Me to finish—the very works that I do—bear witness of Me, that the Father has sent Me. 37 And the Father Himself, who sent Me, has testified of Me. You have neither heard His voice at any time, nor seen His form. 38 But you do not have His word abiding in you, because whom He sent, Him you do not believe. 39 You search the Scriptures, for in them you think you have eternal life; and these are they which testify of Me.

 

John 8:13-18, NKJV

13 The Pharisees therefore said to Him, "You bear witness of Yourself; Your witness is not true." 14 Jesus answered and said to them, "Even if I bear witness of Myself, My witness is true, for I know where I came from and where I am going; but you do not know where I come from and where I am going. 15 You judge according to the flesh; I judge no one. 16 And yet if I do judge, My judgment is true; for I am not alone, but I am with the Father who sent Me. 17 It is also written in your law that the testimony of two men is true. 18 I am One who bears witness of Myself, and the Father who sent Me bears witness of Me."

The Father is Greater than Jesus and One with Jesus

Jesus appears to contradict Himself when he says:
 
      "...for My Father is greater than I." (John 14:28, NKJV)
 
      "I and My Father are one." (John 10:30, NKJV)
 
So, which one is it? Both statements are in fact saying the same thing.

When Jesus says, "...for My Father is greater than I" (John 14:28, NKJV), He's saying that He has completely nullified His own desires and is only interested in the desires of His Father. He doesn't live in His own desires, He lives in the desires of His Father. His Father's desires are more important to Him than His own. His Father is greater than Him.
 
When Jesus says, "I and My Father are one" (John 10:30, NKJV), He's saying that He lives in His Father's desires and His Father lives in His desires. They are interconnected with each other, each seeking to benefit the other. They are one.

To be in the quality of love of others, you have to nullify yourself to others, others have to become more important than you, others have to be become greater than you. As you seek to benefit others, you live in their desires and they live in your desires, you become interconnected, seeking to benefit each other. You become one.

There is no contradiction between the two statements. They are both saying the same thing.

Carter and The Atheist

Carter:      Atheists do not exist.

Atheist:     Yes they do. Of course they do.

Carter:      Listen to me, I'm telling you, they don't.

Atheist:     Trust me, they do.

Carter:      They do not. Really, they don't.

Atheist:     You have no idea what you're talking about. They do.

Carter:      They don't. Where? What proof? They do not.

Atheist:     Just believe me, they do. I'm telling you the truth, they do.

Carter:      How can you say that?

Atheist:     Because I'm an atheist and I'm right here.

Carter:      mmmhhhh ... now you know what God feels.

A Letter To The Whole World - Do Not Be Afraid

Do not be afraid of the events that are about to take place. This is nothing more than birth pains that we're meant to go through.

Just as a woman goes into labour when she's about to give birth, we too must face the same forces of nature.

We're about to give birth to a new internal state, the quality of love of others.

The One True God, The Infinite God, The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob is with us. He will change us, guide us, lead us and show us the way. All we have to do is want to change and He will transform us.

We'll change from selfishness to love of others, and we'll seek to benefit others instead of ourselves.

We'll engage in mutual responsibility, looking for many new ways to make each other happy, taking into account only those actions that are beneficial to others, not engaging in activities that are harmful or add no value to others.

This transformation will affect the entire world, so let's connect, let's work together, let's find new ways to collaborate, cooperate and benefit one another.

Selfishness is our enemy, but we can all be heroes when we desire to be in the quality of love of others, seeking to benefit others instead of ourselves.

We have an exciting transition ahead of us, we've waited a long time for this to happen and it's finally happening.

God is love. When our internal qualities change from selfishness to love of others, we'll acquire God's attribute and return to Him in quality.

With the quality of love of others, we'll enter the Kingdom of God. God's Kingdom reigns forever.

Be ready, be prepared and do not be afraid. God is with us.

A Prayer To Be Connected As One

You are God, The One True God
The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob

We pray for connection
That the entire world may become connected as one

That we may change our internal qualities from selfishness to love of others
And seek to benefit others instead of ourselves
Thinking only of making others happy
And enjoying when others enjoy

We pray to be connected with You, with each other and with the entire world
In the spirit of love of others
So we may become One

There is only One God
Your Kingdom Reigns

You are God, The one True God

There is none else besides You
To You we shall all return

We're going to take a journey
An internal journal from one land to another
From one internal quality to another

We're going to travel
From the land of selfishness, the quality of selfishness within
To the land of love of others, the quality of love of others within
And we will seek to benefit others instead of ourselves

We have been under our own governance
So the world lies broken
Bring us back to Your Governance
So we can make things right
With You, with each other and with the whole world

Thank you for waking us up
For showing us the way
For being with us each step of the way
For your love, support, leadership and direction

You make all things clear
You reveal what is concealed

A Prayer for Change to Come to the Whole World

You are God, The One True God
The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob

We pray for change to come to the whole world
For our internal qualities to change
From selfishness to love of others
So we may seek to benefit others instead of ourselves
And enter and live in the Kingdom of God

The world has changed throughout history
And everything we see today changes constantly

Yes this is the first time our internal qualities will change
Our internal qualities are unseen, hidden
They are of the heart, within us

Yet You see the heart
You know our deepest desires
You know what we are thinking and what we are feeling

Change us
From the quality of selfishness
To the quality of love of others
So we may connect with You
With each other
And with the entire world

A Prayer for the Entire World

Let's pray for our entire world, that all the world's problems may be solved:

You are God, The One True God
The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob
God of the Universe
Creator of Heaven and Earth

We pray for the entire world that now lies broken
A result of being disconnected from You

Restore us to You
Bring us back to the ways of the Kingdom of God
Take us out of the quality to selfishness
Bring us into the quality of love of others
So we may seek to benefit others instead of ourselves
And the entire world may benefit from Your reign

We pray for the children of the world who suffer neglect and abuse
God be with them, show them love and keep them safe

We pray for those who are starving and have no water
Give them food, safe drinking water, eliminate the mismanagement that enslaves them

We pray for the poor of the world who live in slums, undignified housing
Give them dignified shelter to protect them from the elements

We pray for people living in poverty, in substandard conditions
Give them the necessities for life so all their basic needs are met

We pray for people, animals and the entire world that suffers abuse at the hands of others
Crush the abusers, put an end to their reign, eliminate all forms of abuse

We pray for those who are affected by criminal behaviour
Protect people from thieves, liars, drug dealers, organized crime, thugs, bandits and rebels

We pray for people who suffer health ailments, addiction, depression and other torments
Free them from this form of bondage, make them healthy and whole

We pray for families that are torn apart and have become strangers to each other
Unite the entire world into one big family and show us how to look after each other

We pray for countries, institutions and organizations that are led by power hungry tyrants
Eliminate these selfish monsters who bring harm to their people

We pray for the welfare and well being of people, animals, plants and the entire world
Restore us to perfection so that we may live in joy, happiness, harmony and balance

We pray that all the world's problems may be solved
That each and every one may feel whole, secure and safe

God, bring us back to You
You are our only salvation and redemption
If we change our qualities from selfishness to love of others
And seek to benefit others instead of ourselves
We will change the world and solve the world's problems
With Your grace and Your help

Glory be to God on High
Your Kingdom reigns forever

A Prayer For The Unity of the Entire World

Let's pray that the entire world may become united as one man with heart:

You are God, The One True God
The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob
God, The One and only

We pray that the entire world
May become united as one man with one heart
Connected in perfect union
Living in common consideration, cooperation, collaboration
Respect and appreciation

We pray that we may look past all of our differences
And see each other for who we really are - parts of one whole

Unite us in love of others
So that we may seek to benefit others instead of ourselves

Bring us to mutual responsibility
So that we may take care of each other
Seeking to bring joy and happiness to one another
Being truly mindful and concerned for each other's welfare and well being

We pray that all of mankind may come to realize
That we live in an interdependent system of nature
That all of nature, including us, is interconnected
That we are a part of a greater whole

Teach us to protect life
To cherish all that is around us
To become guardians of people, animals, plants and the entire world

Guide us in paths of unity and adhesion
So that we may connect
With each other

In perfect love, balance and harmony

A Prayer For The Safe Mass Migration to Love of Others

Let's pray for our safe mass migration out of the quality of selfishness into the quality of love of others, as people from every tribe, nation and culture around the world begin to change their internal qualities from selfishness to love of others:

You are God
The One True God
The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob
You know what is in our hearts

We pray for Your protection and guidance
As we begin the process of changing our internal qualities
From selfishness to love of others

We want to return home to You
To become a part of Your Family
To live in the Kingdom of God
Under Your leadership, authority and governance

In order to return home to You

A Prayer for the Fulfillment of God's Promises

Let's pray that the promises God made may be fulfilled - the promise He made in Eden, the promise He made to Abraham and the promise He made to King David:
 
You are God
The One True God
The God of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Moses, Aaron, Joseph and King David
 
You made promises to those who came before us
Promising a land, a great nation and an everlasting Kingdom
Your promises always come true
No one can change Your promises
 
We pray to receive the realization of Your promises
That we may live in the land You promised
That we may become the great nation You promised
That through us, the everlasting Kingdom You promised may be established
 
You made Your promises in Eden, to Abraham and to King David
We pray that You may fulfill Your promises through us
That we may receive the fulfillment of Your promises
That through us Your promises may be fulfilled
 
In Eden You Promised:

"... And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and hers; he will crush your head, and you will strike his heel." (Genesis 3:15, NIV)

Help us crush the head of the quality of selfishness
That we may no longer be in the quality that separates us from You
Help us change our qualities from selfishness to love of others

Help us change our ways so that we may be reunited with You
So that we may live with You in the Kingdom of God
 
We pray that Your promise may come true through us

To Abraham You Promised:

"I will establish my covenant as an everlasting covenant between me and you and your descendants after you for the generations to come, to be your God (ELOHIM) and the God (ELOHIM) of your descendants after you." (Genesis 17:7, NIV)

Show us the land that you promised Abraham
The land that is the quality of love of others
Take us out of this land that we are currently living in
This land that is the quality of selfishness
 
Help us change our qualities from selfishness to love of others
So that we may seek to benefit others instead of ourselves
So that we may live in Your land
The land that You will show us
 
Make us into a great nation
A people united in righteousness and holiness
United in the quality of love of others
Seeking to benefit others instead of ourselves
 
Bless all the people on earth
With the quality of love of others
Unite us in this common quality
The quality of the Kingdom of God
 
Establish Your everlasting covenant with us
Your covenant that is based on the quality of love of others
You will be our God and we will be Your people
And we will dwell in Your Kingdom, the Kingdom of God
In the quality of love of others
 
We pray that Your promise may come true through us
That through us Your promise may be fulfilled
That by changing our qualities from selfishness to love of others
We may realize what You promised Abraham

To King David You Promised:
 
"Your house and your kingdom will endure forever before me; your throne will be established forever." (2 Samuel 7:16, NIV)
 
Help us change our qualities from selfishness to love of others
Seeking to benefit others instead of ourselves
So that we may live in the house and the kingdom that you promised David
That by changing our qualities from selfishness to love of others
We may enter into Your House, the House of God
And live in Your Kingdom, The Kingdom of God
 
Help us change our nature from selfishness to love of others
So that through us, David's throne may be established forever
So that we may live in the Kingdom of God, in the Family of God
