Round Tables Are Required

Updated Sept 21, 2015.

Round tables should be incorporated in to all aspects of our lives - family, school, work, hobbies, communities, governments etc., and at all levels of society - local, regional, national and international/global levels.
  1. What Is A Round Table?
    • A round table is a gathering of people, who come together to communicate, share, contribute, discuss, problem-solve and decide on matters that affect their lives.
    • Round tables are transparent and inclusive. The goal is to connect with others.
    • Round tables draw on 'the wisdom of the crowds' - where the many are smarter than the few, and decisions made by the many are better than decisions made by the few.
    • Where appropriate, use relevant experts in the field being discussed.
    • Round tables aren't about reaching consensus, meaning not everyone has to agree. They're about reaching mutual understanding and consideration, problem solving through the group, acquiring collective intelligence, increasing emotional intelligence, creating togetherness, having open and sincere discussions, developing deeper acquaintances, establishing good relationships between people, and creating a connection where the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
    • Round tables don't need to happen around a table that's round, they don't even need to happen around a table. The word round implies unity, cohesion, togetherness and equality, and the word table implies a place where people gather together.
  2. Rules Of The Round Table:
    • Everyone Is Equal:
      • Connection with others is the most important thing.
      • There is no head of the table, everyone at the table is equal.
      • No one is greater than or lesser than the other.
      • Everyone has the right to be there.
      • Everyone's contribution is valuable.
      • No one is obligated to speak, those who do so, speak voluntarily.
    • Speaking:
      • Do's:
        • Be brief and concise so others have a chance to speak.
        • Speak from your heart, openly and honestly.
        • Build on what others are saying by adding your contribution.
        • Be constructive and positive, being mindful of the influence you have on others.
      • Don'ts:
        • Do not dominate the conversation.
        • Do not comment negatively on what others have said.
        • Do not argue with others.
    • Listening:
      • Do's:
        • Try and "feel" what the speaker is saying.
        • Try and connect with the speaker, clothe yourself in his/her thoughts and desires.
        • Be attentive and pay attention to what the speaker is saying.
      • Don'ts:
        • Do not interrupt the speaker.
        • Do not distract others from listening to the speaker.
        • Do not engage in disruptive behaviour e.g. texting on your phone.

Absolute Transparency Is Required

One of the ways to build trust in society is to be absolutely transparent. This is vital to creating a sense of harmony and unity between people and in society as a whole.

When decisions (that affect everybody) are made behind closed doors, people feel disconnected from the decision makers and from the decisions that are being made.

Two things are required:

Live Broadcasts

First, all government decisions and/or leadership decisions have to be broadcast live on television and/or streamed live on the internet, always.

Everyone has to be able to hear/see the issues, the debates, the arguments for and against, the priorities and how they're set and the decisions and how they're made.

Everyone Can Participate

Second, mechanisms have to be put in place to allow everyone to participate in the decision making process.

For example, today people can vote on reality shows for their favourite contestants. This technology, or something similar, could be used.

In this way, people will be able to vote and/or submit comments on issues that affect society. We'll all be a part of the decision making process.

This inclusion will incorporate 'the wisdom of the crowds', where the many are smarter than the few and decisions made by the many are better than decisions made by the few. As a result, we'll have better decisions.

Benefits

When people feel included in the decision making process, they're more likely to accept the final results even if the results are against their personal preferences.

This will happen because people will have witnessed the debates, they'll have seen the arguments for and against and they'll have been given a chance to vote. They'll have been totally included in the entire decision making process.

This inclusion will result in better decisions, it will create harmony between people and in society as a whole, and the resentment some people feel towards leaders will be reduced, perhaps even eliminated.

A Message - The Truth Will Ring True In Your Hearts

"You have come here today
To hear a great one speak
But the only words you will hear
Will come from your own heart.

What you will hear here today
Will ring true in your hearts
And you will know The Truth
When you hear it.

There is one here today
Who speaks My words
And she comes from Me to you
To give you My Message of Truth.

Listen to her
And hear what she has to say
Because she is Truth.

Open your hearts to her
She is the one who bears
My Message.

Let your hearts open to her words
She comes from Me.

I have sent her
To bear witness to The Truth
And to Me.

As I bear witness of her
She bears Me.

I am The One True God
The God of Heaven
Creator of Heaven and Hell
The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob
God The Divine
God Supreme
God Almighty."

The Currency of Connection

Trade is an important part of humanity. In the past, we used to trade directly with each other, but the system wasn't perfect and money was invented to solve the problems. However, money became a problem in and of itself.

As our selfishness grew and as our obsession with money grew, new problems arose - greed, theft, corruption, bribery, fraud, embezzlement, harmful trade, over-consumption etc. This is where we find ourselves today, isolated and unhappy.

Our internal qualities have to change from selfishness to bestowal. We have to seek to benefit others instead of ourselves.

We have to connect with each other in mutual concern and responsibility, and become genuinely concerned for each other's welfare and well-being.

The quality of bestowal will become our new currency, the currency of connection. Money will no longer play a pivotal role in society, the most important thing will be the reciprocal connection between us. We will be fulfilled by good relationships.

The Quality Of Selfishness

Today, we're all immersed in the quality of selfishness, seeking to benefit ourselves with no regard for others. Our selfish behaviour harms us, others and all of nature.

A World Without Money

In the past, money didn't exist. We used to trade directly with each other, for example, food for clothes etc. The system wasn't perfect, there were a few problems.

First, if I grew potatoes and I wanted a blanket, I'd have to trade my potatoes for a blanket. Potatoes are heavy and it would be quite the feat to haul a sack of potatoes around.

Second, I'd have to find somebody with blankets who also wanted potatoes. This match would be hard to find - they may have blankets but not want potatoes, or they may want potatoes but not have blankets. So I'd either have to settle for something I really didn't want, or I wouldn't trade at all.

Third, there was the matter of prejudices. Even if I found the perfect match - someone with blankets who also wanted potatoes - they may not like purple people and I'm a purple person, so they may refuse to trade with me.

The solution to these problems? Money.

A World With Money

Money became necessary to solve the problems that people faced.

First, it was light and easy to carry around. No more heavy potatoes.

Second, it opened up trade. I could sell my potatoes for money, then use that money to buy whatever I wanted, blankets, spices, other food etc.

Third, money neutralized people's personal prejudices, it became an intermediary between people. Even if people didn't like each other, they'd still trade for money.

While money solved some problems, it created others.

A World Obsessed With Money

As our selfishness grew and as we became more obsessed with money, money itself became the problem.

Greed

Trade was no longer about meeting our basic necessities, it was now about getting rich. Even if our basic necessities had been met, we still wanted to make more money.

Motivation And Reward

Money became a means of reward and motivation. People were rewarded with money, even if their efforts were harmful to themselves, others and all of nature.

As such, it also became a motivator. People were motivated to make money by whatever means necessary, leading to harmful, destructive, immoral and unethical behaviour.

Harmful Trade

As our obsession with money grew, our trade deteriorated. We became sneaky, devious, malevolent, unfair, corrupt, aggressively competitive, and even harmful towards ourselves, others and all of nature - all to make more money.

Over-Consumption

As some companies sought to make more money, they used aggressive and manipulative marketing practices to get consumers to buy products they didn't need.

The culture of materialism, consumerism and over-consumption was born. People became convinced that they needed more things - a bigger house, a better car, newer clothes etc. As such, people needed to make more money to buy all the things they didn't need.

Waste

In an effort to make more money, some companies intentionally built products to break down, a practice known as planned obsolescence.

This practice creates waste, pollution and it's a drain on precious resources. Consumers are forced to replace their broken products, so they need to keep working to make money to afford these replacements.

Social Gap

As people sought to make more money, the most ambitious, competitive and aggressive became the richest.

A social gap was created between the rich and the poor, a gap that creates tension and stress in society because it's seen as unfair and unjust - and rightfully so.

Status

Money became a status symbol in society, it became associated with greatness, power and influence, all attributes of the quality of selfishness.

Taking Care of Ourselves

We became selfishly individualistic and we lost our sense of community. Any efficiencies gained in a community were lost. For example, in the past, a family would share one house, now families break up and have to live in two houses, each house having it's own expenses.

Instead of sharing our expenses with others, we now have to bear the financial burden of living our individual lives. As such, we have to work to make money to afford our individual expenses.

Slaves To Our Jobs

As we live our individual lives, we're forced to work to make money. While we have personal independence, we're slaves to our jobs. This isn't true independence, it's another form of misery and confinement.

Lack Of Trust

Also, we lost our sense of trust. We don't trust people who harm themselves, others and nature. Because we don't trust each other, we don't work together. This forces us to fend for ourselves and to make our own money.

Against The Laws Of Nature

All of nature operates as one integral, interconnected and interdependent system. Our selfishness and our obsession with money puts as against the laws of nature. This has led to the crisis in families, schools, communities, culture, ecology, finance and the economy.

Unhappiness

Our selfish tendencies and our obsession with money has left us isolated, alone and unhappy. We can't continue to live this way. Something has to change.

The Quality Of Bestowal

Our internal qualities have to change from selfishness to bestowal/love of others/altruism. We have to seek to benefit others instead of ourselves.

We have to connect with each other in mutual concern and responsibility and become genuinely concerned for each other's welfare and well-being.

This reciprocal connection between us will become our new currency. Good relationships between us will become the most valuable thing.

The importance of money will disappear and our focus will be on benefiting each other and doing good for each other.

With respect to the problems that money was initially created to solve, the quality of bestowal will solve these problems:

First, the quality of bestowal is light, it's not heavy. It's an internal quality within us, so we won't have to worry about heavy potatoes, we won't even have to worry about money.

Second, the quality of bestowal opens up trade with everyone. If we're all seeking to benefit each other, we're perfectly matched in our internal qualities. We'll be able to approach anyone at anytime and they'll seek to benefit us.

Third, the quality of bestowal transcends personal prejudices. If we're seeking to benefit others, we won't care if they're tall or short, black or white, Christian or Muslim, gay or straight, rich or poor etc. All we'll care about is their welfare and well-being. The connection between us will be the intermediary between us.

With respect to the other problems that arose as a result of our growing selfishness and our obsession with money, the quality of bestowal will solve those too:

Motivation And Reward

Greed will disappear because we'll be connected with each other in mutual responsibility. Those people who contribute the most to society, will be rewarded with genuine appreciation and acknowledgement. In this way, people will be motivated to benefit each other.

Fair Trade

Harmful trade will end, because we'll stop harming ourselves, others and all of nature. Instead, we'll seek to benefit each other and trade will be balanced, fair and equitable.

Balanced Consumption

Materialism, consumerism and over-consumption will end. All redundant goods and services, and practices that harm us, others and society will disappear. Our focus will be on meeting our basic necessities - food, water, clothing, shelter, education etc.

This will free up time and resources to focus on the most important thing - our personal growth and development to realize our true potential - of how much we can benefit others.

No Waste

Products will be built to last, they'll be designed to eliminate waste and pollution and they'll be aligned with nature. Technology will be used to create efficiencies in all systems and recycling programs will be developed to reuse materials.

Social Harmony

When we're connected with each other in mutual concern and responsibility, poverty will disappear and scarcity will end. Everyone in the world will live above the poverty line and everyone will enjoy a dignified standard of living.

Equality

When we seek to benefit each other, we'll all be equal because we'll be united in the same desires, to benefit others instead of ourselves. The greatest people in society will be those who contribute the most to others.

We'll Take Care Of Each Other

We'll become genuinely concerned for each other's welfare and well-being and we'll take care of each other like one family. We'll no longer be concerned about our individual selves, rather we'll be one family.

Healthy Work-Life Balance

Our focus will be on meeting our basic necessities and we'll use technology and automation to help provide for our basic needs. The rest of the time we'll be in school, learning, growing and developing, and finding new ways to benefit each other.

Trust

When we're connected in mutual responsibility, we'll automatically trust each other because we'll know that nobody means us any harm. We'll work together, for each other.

In Balance With The Laws Of Nature

When we seek to benefit others instead of ourselves, the crisis in families, schools, communities, culture, ecology, finance and the economy will disappear. We'll work in harmony with the laws of nature and we'll reach balance with the integrated system.

Happiness

When we're connected in mutual responsibility, we'll be very happy because we'll be interconnected with each other. Also, our internal qualities will become similar to God's quality and this will connect us to God in quality.

The currency of this realm is money, however, the currency of the spiritual realm is having good connections with others - seeking to benefit others instead of yourself.

When our internal qualities change from selfishness to bestowal, our currency will also change from money to having good connections - having good relationships with others.

Summary

We started off in a world without money and we used to trade directly with each other. Then we faced some issues such as heavy potatoes, limited trade and prejudices against purple people.

To solve these problems, we created money. However as our selfishness grew and as our obsession with money grew, money itself became the problem.

This resulted in greed, harmful trade, over-consumption and waste, loss of trust, a widening gap between the rich and the poor, isolation, stress, unhappiness etc.

Our internal qualities have to change from selfishness to bestowal, we have to seek to benefit others instead of ourselves.

In this way, the connection between us will become a currency, the currency of connection. The importance of money will disappear and good relationships will become the most important thing.

We'll become connected with each other in mutual concern and responsibility, and we'll take care of each other as one family.

Loquats - The Forbidden Fruit

Traditionally, the forbidden fruit is an apple.
Yet The Bible and The Quran never mention an apple.

The apple is not the forbidden fruit.
The forbidden fruit is loquats.

We Are All One Body, One Family, One System

The entire world is one body, one family, one system. We're just different parts of the body, the family, the system.

Just as the human body is one whole interconnected system, the entire world is one whole interconnected system.

Just as the human body is made up of different parts and systems, the entire world is made up of different parts and systems.

The human body works in harmony and balance:
  • The heart doesn't work for itself, it works for the entire body.
  • The lungs don't work for themselves, they work for the entire body.
  • The knee isn't right and the elbow isn't wrong. They're just different parts of the same body.
  • If your toe is sore, your entire body limps. If one part of your body is harmed, it affects your entire body.
  • Even the brain is not greater than the body, the brain is a part of the body. The brain doesn't control the body, it listens to the body and coordinates systems within the body to achieve harmony and balance. For example, your sore toe sends a pain signal to your brain, and when your brain receives the message it coordinates action to eliminate the pain, heal the wound and restore harmony and balance to the entire body.
  • In this interconnected and interdependent system, the whole is greater than the sum of it's parts, meaning the whole body is something greater than the individual parts that it's made of.

Unlike the human body, which is connected in harmony and balance, the entire world today is disconnected. We don't work in harmony with others, nature or the entire world.

Today, we're all immersed in the quality of selfishness, seeking only to benefit ourselves. We care only for ourselves with no regard for others, nature or the world.

We're engaged in selfish individualistic pursuits without any concern for how our negative behaviour affects the entire system. As such the entire system is broken and disconnected.

We cause harm to ourselves, to others and to all of nature and in this way we cause harm to the entire system, because the entire system is interconnected.

This selfish behaviour has to stop.

Our internal qualities have to change from selfishness to bestowal/love of others/altruism. We have to seek to benefit others (and the whole world) instead of our individual selves. We have to think of others instead of thinking only about ourselves.

We have to realize that we're part of an interconnected and interdependent system that's one unified whole. We're not above the system, we're a part of it. Within the system, there is no right or wrong, there's just different parts that have to work together.

We have to work together for the sake of the whole world. We have to seek to benefit others instead of ourselves. Once this happens, we'll become connected in mutual concern and responsibility.

We'll take care of each other (and all of nature) because we'll become genuinely concerned for each other's welfare and well-being.

We'll work together as one family, because we are all one family. This will bring harmony and balance to the entire system and we'll become united as one.

In front of God we are all equal, one body. God doesn't prefer the knee over the elbow. He relates to us as ONE. As such, no one is greater than or lesser than the other.

When we unite as one, the whole will be greater than the sum of it's parts, meaning when we connect with each other and with all of nature, we'll become something greater than the individual parts that we'll be made of.

How Much Do You Love Others?

The one question we're constantly being asked every moment of every day is, "How much do you love others?"

If They Mistreat You ....

Would you love others if they love you or if they treat you kindly?
Would you love others if they hate you or if they mistreat you?

If They're Different From You ....

Would you love others if they're of a different race, or religion, or culture?
Would you love others if they're of a different species - animals, plants, nature etc.?

If You Have To Give Up Something ...

Would you love others if you have to share what you have with them?
Would you love others if you have to give up your pillow or other possessions?
Would you love others if you have to give up your money?
Would you love others if you have to give up your personal comforts?

Notes:

Today, we're all immersed in the quality of selfishness, seeking only to benefit ourselves with no regard for others. We don't care about anybody (or anything) except ourselves.

Our internal qualities have to change from selfishness to bestowal. We have to seek to benefit others instead of ourselves. In this way, we'll connect to God in quality.

God is love, and love is the quality of bestowal, seeking to benefit others instead of ourselves. We have to learn to think of others instead of ourselves.

In this way we'll connect with each other in mutual concern and responsibility.

It's not that - I take care of you because you take care of me. It's that - I take care of you because I love you and I'm genuinely concerned for your welfare and well-being.

The ideal scenario is a reciprocal relationship based on the principles of mutual responsibility. I take care of you because I love you and you take care of me because you love me. There's no hidden agenda, there's no hidden malice or judgement and there's no hidden selfish pursuits. It's a relationship based on unconditional love.

How much do you love others? How much are you willing to do for others? How much are you willing to take care of others? How much are you willing to give up for others?

HEARING and SEEING

There's a difference between hearing and seeing, and HEARING and SEEING. Let's take a look:
  1. Hearing and seeing
    • In this physical realm we understand the concept of hearing and seeing:
      • We have ears and we can hear. However, sometimes we have ears, but we can't hear, we're deaf.
      • We have eyes and we can see. However, sometimes we have eyes, but we can't see, we're blind.
  2. HEARING and SEEING
    • In the realm of our internal qualities, the concept of HEARING and SEEING means:
      • When we're immersed in the quality of selfishness, seeking only to benefit ourselves with no regard for others:
        • We have ears but we don't HEAR, we're DEAF. Meaning we don't HEAR the message of the quality of bestowal, we don't HEAR what's written in the scriptures, we don't HEAR The Truth and we don't HEAR God because our qualities are opposite to God's quality.
        • We have eyes but we don't SEE, we're BLIND. Meaning we don't SEE the message of the quality of bestowal, we don't SEE what's written in the scriptures, we don't SEE The Truth and we don't SEE God because our qualities are opposite to God's quality.
      • When our internal qualities change from selfishness to bestowal, and we seek to benefit others instead of ourselves:
        • We'll have EARS and we'll HEAR. Meaning we'll HEAR the message of the quality of bestowal, we'll HEAR what's written in the scriptures, we'll HEAR The Truth and we'll HEAR God because our qualities will be similar to God's quality.
        • We'll have EYES and we'll SEE. Meaning we'll SEE the message of the quality of bestowal, we'll SEE what's written in the scriptures, we'll SEE The Truth and we'll SEE God because our qualities will be similar to God's quality.
    • In perception of reality, the concept of hearing and seeing, and HEARING and SEEING means:
      • In the first perception of reality, we're not aware of other perceptions of reality. We hear and see, but we don't HEAR and SEE.
      • When we go through a change in the perception of our reality, we become aware of other perceptions of reality. We hear and see, and we also HEAR and SEE.
Hearing and seeing means using our ears and eyes in this physical realm, whereas HEARING and SEEING means being in the quality of bestowal and/or going through a change in the perception of our reality.

awake Versus AWAKE

There's a difference between being asleep and being awake, and being ASLEEP and being AWAKE. Let's take a look:
  1. Being asleep and being awake
    • In this physical realm we understand the concept of being asleep and being awake
      • Generally, we sleep at night
      • Generally, we're awake during the day
  2. Being ASLEEP and being AWAKE
    • In the realm of our internal qualities, the concept of being ASLEEP and being AWAKE means:
      • When we're immersed in the quality of selfishness, seeking only to benefit ourselves with no regard for others, we're ASLEEP. We're ASLEEP to the quality of bestowal, We're ASLEEP to benefiting others and We're ASLEEP to God and His quality of love.
      • When our internal qualities change from selfishness to bestowal, and we seek to benefit others instead of ourselves, we're AWAKE. We're AWAKE to the quality of bestowal, we're AWAKE to benefiting others and we're AWAKE to God and His quality of love.
    • In perception of reality, the concept of being ASLEEP and being AWAKE means:
      • In the first perception of reality, we're not aware of other perceptions of reality, we're ASLEEP.
      • When we go through a change in the perception of our reality, we become aware of other perceptions of reality, we're AWAKE.
Being awake means being awake in this physical realm, whereas being AWAKE means being in the quality of bestowal and/or going through a change in the perception of our reality.

KNOWING The Scriptures And KNOWING God

There's a difference between knowing the scriptures and KNOWING the scriptures.
There's a difference between knowing God and KNOWING God.

When we're immersed in the quality of selfishness, seeking only to benefit ourselves with no regard for others, then we're disconnected from God in quality. We may know the scriptures, but you don't actually KNOW the scriptures and we may know God, but you don't actually KNOW God.

KNOWING The Scriptures

The scriptures talk only about how our internal qualities will change from selfishness to bestowal, how we'll seek to benefit others instead of ourselves.

When this happens - when we actually go through a personal internal transformation - when our internal qualities change from the quality of selfishness (seeking to benefit ourselves) to the quality of bestowal (seeking to benefit others), then we'll KNOW the scriptures because we'll become the scriptures. We'll attain and personally experience what the scriptures talk about - our qualities will change from selfishness to bestowal and we'll seek to benefit others instead of ourselves.

KNOWING God

God is the quality of bestowal/love of others/altruism. God is love and love is the quality of seeking to benefit others instead of ourselves.

When our internal qualities change from selfishness to bestowal, we'll KNOW God because our internal qualities will become similar to God's quality. God is the quality of bestowal and when we become the quality of bestowal we'll connect to God in quality.

Economics - A New Paradigm Is Required

The economic crisis that is affecting the world today is happening for two reasons.

First, the world economy is integrated but the people are not, they're still immersed in the quality of selfishness, pursuing individualistic profits. This gap creates the crisis.

Second, the tools that are being used to solve the economic problems are based on traditional models that no longer apply today. New economic tools are required.

The world is going to go through a major transformation. Our internal qualities are going to change from selfishness to bestowal/love of others/altruism. We're going to seek to benefit others instead of ourselves.

As such, economists, politicians and sociologists will be called upon to embrace this change so they can be actively involved in the process.

1. People Have To Change

Today, we're all immersed in the quality of selfishness, everyone's seeking personal profit and gain even at the expense of others.

However, the economies of the world are now integrated. They're completely interconnected and interdependent.

The gap between today's integrated economies and people's selfish individualistic tendencies is what's creating the crisis.

Our internal qualities have to change from selfishness to bestowal, we have to seek to benefit others instead of ourselves. We have to become integrated with each other in mutual concern and responsibility.

Once we become integrated with each other, we'll match the way the world economies are now integrated. This will create harmony and balance and the crisis will disappear.

2.  New Economic Tools Are Required

Traditional economic tools are being used to try and solve the current economic crisis:
a. Monetary policy, which is connected to interest rates, and
b. Fiscal policy, which is connected to government spending and taxes

These traditional economic tools are over 100 years old and they were developed when the world was a different place - countries and economies were more autonomous and self-sufficient.

Today, due to globalization, countries and economies are more integrated and interconnected.

As such, the traditional economic tools that were originally based on economic autonomy, no longer work in today's integrated economies.

New economic tools and models have to be developed:
  • They have to be based on the integrated economies.
  • They have to integrate information from all systems, not just from a few systems. For example, they have to incorporate behavioural economics, world wide trends and events etc.
  • They'll have to incorporate the change in human behaviour that will happen when our internal qualities change from selfishness to bestowal.

3. Economists, Politicians And Sociologists

As our internal qualities change from selfishness to bestowal, professions that are closely linked to human society, such as economists, politicians and sociologists etc. will have to embrace this change personally so they can be actively involved in the process.

They'll be called upon to actively participate in organizing the new society, based on the principles of mutual concern and responsibility. This will ensure a smooth transition from the quality of selfishness to the quality of bestowal.

Summary

The world is going to go through a major transformation. Our internal qualities are going to change from selfishness to bestowal. We're going to seek to benefit others instead of ourselves.

As such, people will become integrated with each other in mutual concern and responsibility. In this way, we'll match the way the world economies are now integrated and the economic crisis will disappear.

New economic models will have to be developed based on the integrated economies, incorporating information from all systems and accounting for changes that will happen in our behaviour when our internal quality change from selfishness to bestowal.

Economists, politicians and sociologists will be called upon to embrace this change so they can actively participate in shaping our new society. This will ensure a smooth transition.

A Letter To People In Prison

From:
Carter Kagume

To:
People In Prison

Dear people in prison,

Change is coming to the entire world and it's going to affect us all. Our internal qualities are going to change from the quality of selfishness to the quality of bestowal/love of others/altruism.

The Quality Of Selfishness

Currently, we're all immersed in the quality of selfishness, we seek to benefit ourselves with no regard for others. We seek personal profit and gain, even at the expense of others.

Selfishness leads to crime, hatred, revenge, corruption and other destructive behaviour that harms people, animals, the environment and society as a whole.

The quality of selfishness is a prison because a person becomes trapped in their selfish ways and they become separated from God and from others.

Selfish destructive behaviour causes fear, tension, stress and unhappiness in people and in society as a whole. Selfish behaviour has to stop.

The Quality of Bestowal

Our internal qualities have to change from selfishness to bestowal, we have to seek to benefit others instead of ourselves. We have to think of others instead of ourselves.

It's not just about making other people happy because there are many destructive things that make people 'happy'. It's about benefiting others - doing what's good for them.

The One True God, The Infinite God, The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob is the only one who can change a person's internal qualities. Ask Him for help and He'll change you.

When our internal qualities change from selfishness to bestowal, we'll become connected to God in quality because our internal qualities will become similar to God's quality.

Also, we'll become connected to each other in mutual concern and responsibility and we'll become genuinely concerned for each other's welfare and well-being.

This connection, with God and with each other, will bring us spiritual nourishment, fulfillment and pleasure, which will make us very happy.

The quality of bestowal is true freedom because it frees a person from the quality of selfishness. A person become free to connect with God and to connect with others.

We connect with others by seeking to benefit them, by taking care of them. When we take care of others, we free them, and when they take care of us, they free us. We free each other in mutual care and responsibility. This interconnection creates a sense of freedom.

Crime

Crime happens because of the quality of selfishness, because people seek personal profit and gain with no regard for others.

The quality of selfishness is a destructive force that has a negative impact on us, on others and on society as a whole.

Some people cause physical harm to others - murder, rape, assault, robbery, child abuse and neglect, family violence etc. This has to stop.

Some people cause harm to other people's property - burglary, theft/larceny, auto theft, arson etc. This has to stop.

Some people cause harm to themselves and to others - prostitution, illegal gambling, illicit drugs etc. This has to stop.

Some people exploit others - embezzling, insider trading, tax evasion, fraud, corruption, bribery etc. This has to stop.

Some people get involved in organized crime - mafia, thugs and gangs, drug cartels, money laundering, weapons smuggling, human trafficking etc. This has to stop.

We have to stop harming others. Instead, we have to seek to benefit others instead of ourselves.

We have to become genuinely concern for the welfare and well-being of others, and we have to take care of each other as one family, in mutual concern and responsibility.

Police

The police force, the criminal code, law enforcement etc. exist because of the quality of selfishness. These systems exist to protect us from one another because we harm each other.

If our internal qualities change from selfishness to bestowal, the police force, the criminal code, law enforcement and prisons will disappear.

They'll become unnecessary because we won't harm each other. Rather, we'll seek to benefit each other and we'll take care of each other in mutual concern and responsibility.

Laws

Laws exist in all of nature and we're expected to comply with them. For example, if we don't respect the law of gravity, we're going to get hurt.

Everyone is obligated to comply with the laws of the land, it's a standard requirement expected of all citizens. Laws are necessary to organize communal life.

Even love has it's laws. The law of the quality of bestowal is: seek to benefit others instead of yourself. This law will replace all the laws that now exist because of the quality of selfishness.

Rights And Freedoms

Individual rights and freedoms are an illusion because we're all immersed in the quality of selfishness. The freedom to pick our poison isn't true freedom because we only move from one form of misery to another form of misery.

True freedom comes from being in the quality of bestowal, from connecting to God and to others. We become free from ourselves, free form the quality of selfishness.

Our true rights? We have the right to leave the quality of selfishness for the quality of bestowal and we have the right to benefit others in as many ways as possible.

Influence Of Our Social Environment

Our social environment has a big influence on us. If our social environment is selfish, it teaches us to be selfish. If our social environment is altruistic, it teaches us to be altruistic.

We should be aware of two things: first, the influence our social environment has on us, and second, the influence we have on our social environment.

We should seek to benefit others instead of ourselves and by doing so, we'll influence others to do the same. In this way we'll have a positive influence on others and on society as a whole.

Poverty

Poverty is often linked to crime - 'if you have nothing, you have nothing to lose'. However, criminal behaviour harms everyone, individuals, communities and society as a whole.

If our internal qualities change to bestowal, and we seek to benefit others instead of ourselves, poverty will disappear because we'll take care of each other in mutual responsibility.

By caring for each other, everyone around the world will live above the poverty line and everyone will enjoy a dignified standard of living.

Youth

Young people often engage in crime - due to peer pressure, negative influences, drugs and alcohol, out of boredom, to fit in, rebel, prove themselves etc.

We all have to change - children, youth and adults alike. Our internal qualities have to change from selfishness to bestowal.

Children learn from their parents. If adults seek to benefit others instead of themselves, they'll influence their children to do the same.

In this way, children and youth will become kind, caring and compassionate. They won't harm others, instead, they'll seek to benefit others in mutual concern and responsibility.

Drugs And Alcohol

Some people engage in criminal behaviour due to the influence of drugs and alcohol. They hurt themselves, others and society as a whole.

When our internal qualities change from selfishness to bestowal, people will want to be sober because they'll want to be in the right frame of mind so as to benefit others.

We Are One Family

Communities that have been oppressed and/or have been made to feel that they don't belong, become fractured and they suffer from social challenges such as crime, drugs and alcohol.

No one should be in prison, but for comparison purposes, if purple people made up 30% of the total population, then you'd expect them to make up 30% of the prison population.

However, some communities are over-represented in prison:

In the USA, blacks are 12% of the total population and 40% of the prison population.
In South Africa, coloureds are 9% of the total population and 18 % of the prison population.
In Canada, Aboriginals are 2.5% of the total population and 20 % of the prison population.
In Australia, Aboriginals are 2.3% of the total population and 25% of the prison population.

These communities have been made to feel that they don't belong and the consequences are obvious.

When our internal qualities change from selfishness to bestowal, we'll connect with each other in mutual concern and responsibility. Everyone will feel that they belong.

We'll become interconnected and interdependent, so everyone will feel included. Everyone will contribute and everyone will participate in building the new society.

In this way, we'll become connected as one family. We are all one family and we should start behaving like one family. We should treat each other with kindness, respect, compassion, tolerance, empathy and love.

Divine Intervention

Everyone has to take personal responsibility and accountability for their own actions, and there's no excuse for destructive behaviour that harms others. However, there's more.

We're all operated from above - everything that happens, happens for a reason. It's meant to be. Meaning, we're not responsible for our actions because we're operated from above.

Through divine intervention, God turns negative events into something positive. Crime and other negative actions tell a positive story of our internal qualities - how we'll change from selfishness to bestowal.

I'm not saying that we should engage in negative behaviour, not at all. In everything we do, we should seek to benefit others instead of ourselves.

I'm saying that God Himself will reveal The Truth and The Truth will set us all free.

Summary

Our internal qualities have to change from selfishness to bestowal, we have to seek to benefit others instead of ourselves. All selfish destructive behaviour has to end.

We have to stop harming others and we have to become genuinely concerned for each other's welfare and well-being.

In this way, we'll connect to God in quality and we'll connect to each other in mutual responsibility. Poverty will end, prisons will empty and law enforcement will disappear.

Life as we know it will change for the better and we'll become united as one family.

May The One True God, The Infinite God, The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob guide you, may He lead you and may He show you the way. We'll succeed, but only together.

Know that you are loved.

God is with us and to Him we shall all return.

A Letter To All The World Leaders

From:
Carter Kagume

To:
All The World Leaders

Dear world leaders,

The world is going to go through a major transformation. Our internal qualities are going to change from the quality of selfishness to the quality of bestowal/love of others/altruism.

Currently we're all immersed in the quality of selfishness, seeking personal profit and gain even at the expense of others. We seek to benefit only ourselves with no regard for others.

This destructive selfish behaviour leads to corruption, crime, inequality, abuse, fraud, etc. As a result, people are unhappy and frustrated and they demonstrate in the streets.

Everybody has to change - leaders and citizens alike. Our internal qualities have to change from selfishness to bestowal. We have to seek to benefit others instead of ourselves, we have to become genuinely concerned for the welfare and well-being of others.

When this happens, we'll become connected to God because our internal qualities will become similar to God's quality. Also, we'll become connected to each other in mutual concern and responsibility.

This new connection with God and with each other will give us spiritual nourishment, fulfillment and pleasure, which will make us very happy.

The One True God, The Infinite God, The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob is the only one who can change a person's internal qualities. Ask Him for help and He'll change you.

When our internal qualities change to bestowal, the entire world will be affected, including but not limited to governments, businesses, communities, families and individuals.

Life as we know it will change for the better, but we have to be actively involved in the process. For example, unemployment will rise and this has to be managed.

An educational campaign will have to be developed to teach people about mutual responsibility. People will have to learn new skills in order to integrate successfully in the new society.

The government will be called upon to support these new educational programs and to provide grants and scholarships to the unemployed so they can enroll in these educational programs.

Surplus financial resources will manifest in all of society, including in governments. This surplus will fund these educational programs and grants, so taxes won't have to be raised.

As leaders, you need to be aware that this change is coming and you need to embrace it personally. Also, you need to be prepared to be actively engaged in the process in order to benefit society.

May The One True God, The Infinite God, The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob guide you, may He lead you and may He show you the way. We will succeed, but only together.

God is with us and to Him we shall all return.
