The entire world is a mirror of your internal qualities. When you look at the world, you're looking at yourself because the entire world is a mirror, a reflection of your inner qualities. This is known as The Mirror Effect.
What you see on the outside is a reflection of who you are on the inside.
- If you hate others outside of you, you hate yourself
- If you're critical of others outside of you, you're critical of yourself
- If you harm others outside of you, you harm yourself
