When you go through a change in the perception of your reality, you'll perceive two forces in nature - your own internal quality of selfishness and the quality of bestowal in others.
The quality of selfishness that you'll perceive in yourself, is known as the recognition of evil, because you'll recognize how cruel and evil your selfishness has been, you'll see how you've harmed others.
Later, you'll come to realize that you were never in selfishness, you were always in bestowal.
Do not be afraid, God is with us.
