We're not used to being interconnected. We're used to having our own personal space, doing our own thing, pursuing our own goals and interests, feeling independent, not depending on anyone.
Closeness makes us feel uncomfortable, it makes us feel awkward, we don't know how to behave, we don't know what to say or what to do.
We have to learn how to become interconnected and we have to get used to the warm, intimate, good feeling that being interconnected brings.
Soon, we'll become so interconnected that we won't know how we lived without each other.
