- The frequency of selfishness reveals phenomenon of selfishness, such as hatred, loneliness, isolation, unhappiness, individualism, thinking of oneself etc.
- The frequency of bestowal reveals phenomenon of bestowal, such as connection, unity, togetherness, happiness, family, thinking of others etc.
- Keep in mind that 'the whole is greater than the sum of its parts', meaning that if we connect together in mutual bestowal, we'll reveal something more than the sum of all of us combined.
In everything we do, we should seek to benefit others instead of ourselves.
