Stealing As A Good Thing

Edited Aug 17, 2014.

There's the language Jesus used to describe himself as a thief, then there's my story:

Jesus Will Come Like A Thief:

" ... I will come like a thief ..." (Revelations 3:3, NIV)

This means stealing from the quality of selfishness (for oneself) in order to be in the quality of bestowal (for others), which is a good thing.

Once you're in the quality of bestowal, "You shall not steal" (Deuteronomy 5:19, NIV), meaning don't steal from the quality of bestowal and fall back into selfishness.

Here's My Story:

When I was in high school I took about three bracelets without paying for them.

This doesn't mean that people have free license to do whatever they want. Not at all. In everything we do, we should seek to benefit others instead of ourselves.
