The Venus Project

The Venus Project [1], founded by Jacque Fresco, proposes a new way of living, based on among other things, social cooperation, sustainable development, and automation. This YouTube video [2] summarizes the project:

We have to change from personal selfishness to mutual bestowal. We have to rise above our egos, stop harming others, and seek to benefit others instead of ourselves.

If we all did this, we'd become connected in mutual bestowal and connection is the only thing that makes us truly happy.
