We can say NO to things that harm us, others and all of Nature. We can say YES to things that benefit us, others and all of Nature.
The question is, what are we willing to give up for others? Are we willing to give up our ego? Our comfort? Potentially some money?
Let's say I'm on a full bus and a pregnant woman gets on. Am I willing to give up my seat for her? Sacrifice my comfort for hers?
We shouldn't put ourselves in undue harm for others, however, what are we willing to do for others? What are we willing to give up for others?
