Community Living: Life

Edited Nov 8, 2014.

This post is a suggestion of ideas and ways that we could create a society that's based on bestowal, where we all seek to benefit others instead of ourselves. The goal is to increase the connection between us, foster cooperation, collaboration and unity, increase efficiencies and decrease costs, while focusing on our basic needs - food, water, clothing, shelter, healthcare, education etc. I'm sure you have your own ideas.

Here are some notes about LIFE:
  1. Contributing To Society:
    • We're all different and we have different roles to play, but we're all equal, like different pieces of one puzzle. If we all contribute to society, meaning we all contribute our piece to the puzzle, then in turn society would look after us.
  2. Help Managing Our Lives:
    • It takes a lot of energy, coordination and organization to manage our lives, for example, managing relationships with family and friends, learning, working, managing our households such as paying bills, doing chores, keeping up with home maintenance and repairs etc. For those people who struggle to manage their lives, help could be made available to them. For example, a committee could manage their lives for them so they'd have every kind of support available.
What ideas do you have for building a new society that's based on cooperation, collaboration and bestowal? In everything we do, we should seek to benefit others instead of ourselves.
