Attaining Means Changing

We have to attain the quality of bestowal, which means our internal qualities have to change from personal selfishness (seeking to benefit ourselves) to mutual bestowal (seeking to benefit others).

We can't change our own internal qualities, only God can. Ask Him to help you and He will.

The more our internal quality of selfishness decreases, and the more our internal quality of bestowal increases, the more similar we become to The Creator.

Changing from selfishness to bestowal is a process of growth:
  • 100% selfishness / 0% bestowal  (100% selfishness)
  • 70% selfishness / 30% bestowal
  • 50% selfishness / 50% bestowal
  • 30% selfishness / 70% bestowal
  • 0% selfishness, 100% bestowal    (100% bestowal)
The goal is to be in 100% adhesion with The Creator, which means our internal quality of selfishness has to be 0%, and our internal quality of bestowal has to be 100%.

Attaining the quality of bestowal isn't about acquiring knowledge, and it's not about seeking some personal profit or gain (money, success, better health etc.), it's about changing our internal qualities and experiencing an internal transformation.

In everything we do, we should seek to benefit others instead of ourselves.
