Perspective Affects Our Understanding

Our perspective affects our understanding. Here's an example of a dad who sometimes disciplines his son and sometimes gives his son gifts:
  1. The Dad Disciplines His Son:
    • From the point of view of the dad, it's out of love
    • From the point of view of the son, his dad is "bad"
    1. The Dad Gives His Son Gifts:
      • From the point of view of the dad, it's out of love
      • From the point of view of the son, his dad is "good"
    • The Dad's Point Of View:
      • Never changes
      • Everything he does is out of love
    • The Son's Point of View:
      • Changes
      • Sometimes his dad is "bad", sometimes his dad is "good"
      • When the son becomes older he'll have a different perspective and he'll come to see that everything his dad did was out of love.
It is written, "I the LORD do not change." (Malachi 3:6, NIV) Meaning, nothing bad has ever happened to us, other or all of Nature. We're surrounded by love, we just have to realize it. We may not realize it now because we have a limited perspective, but when our perception of reality changes, eventually we'll come to see The Truth.

Knowing that we're surrounded by love doesn't mean that we can do whatever we want, not at all. In everything we do, we should seek to benefit other and Nature instead of ourselves.

    The One

    Updated Jul 2, 2015

    WORK IN PROGRESS:

This post is a work in progress and is subject to changes, revisions, edits and deletions.

Here are some notes about Jesus and The One, people from scripture and The One, and the different religions and The One:
    1. Jesus And The One
      • Jesus said he would be seated at the right hand of the power of God. (Luke 22:69, Interlinear)
        • Jesus is one state and "the power of God" is another state. Both states exist within one person, that person being The One.
      • Muslims believe that in the end times, Isa (Jesus) will return to help The Mahdi ("guided one"). This is consistent with Luke 22:69 above.
        • Isa (Jesus) is one state and The Mahdi is another state. Both states exist within one person, that person being The One.
      • Jesus (the state of Jesus) will unite Israel, as Jesus himself said, "I was sent only to the lost sheep of Israel." (Matthew 15:24, NIV)
      • The One (the state of The One) will unite the whole world into One, as it is written, "... they will all know me, from the least of them to the greatest ..." (Jeremiah 31:34, NIV
    2. People From Scripture And The One:
      • In the end times, Elijah is expected to return, as it is written, "See, I will send the prophet Elijah to you before that great and dreadful day of the LORD comes." (Malachi 4:5, NIV)
      • In fact, everyone will return - from Adam and Eve, to Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Moses, King David, the prophets, Jesus, the prophet Muhammad and all others mentioned in Scripture. Scripture is the story of our attainment and adhesion with The Creator, and The One will attain all these different states. All these different states are attained by one person, that person being The One.
    3. Different Religions And The One:
      • Different religions are expecting someone to return in the end times:
        • Jews are expecting the mashiach (The Messiah, "anointed one"). [2]
        • Christians are expecting the second coming of Jesus. [3]
        • Muslims are expecting The Mahdi and Isa (Jesus). [1]
        • Other different religions are also expecting someone too.
      • That person is The One. The different religions will coalesce, come together in one person, that person being The One.
Jesus is a state within The One, all people mentioned in Scripture will return as different states within The One, and the person the different religions are expecting to return in the end times is in fact one person, that person being The One.

In everything we do, we should seek to benefit others instead of ourselves.

God Doesn't Use Good Looks To Convey His Message

Companies often use good looks and sex appeal to sell their products. God doesn't use good looks or sex appeal to convey his message. Here are some notes:
    1. How Companies Sell Their Products:
      • Companies often use good looking people and sex appeal to sell their products. Many advertising campaigns feature a beautiful woman and/or a handsome man to sell their products, even though the good looking person has nothing to do with the product being sold. For example, you might see a beautiful woman responding orgasmically to a piece of chocolate she's just eaten.
      • This does two things:
        • It makes people believe that if they buy the product, they'll be just as good looking and sexually desirable as the person in the ad, and
        • It makes people believe that the product is 'good looking' and 'sexually desirable', and if they buy the product it will fulfill them in more ways than it actually will. The product is offered as a sexually fulfilling relationship. Who needs anything else, when you have the product, right? All lies. People buy the product, it doesn't fulfill them as they expected and they're left feeling even more empty than before.
    2. How God Conveys His Message:
      • God doesn't use good looks or sex appeal to convey his message:
        • Of God's servant it is written, "... his appearance was so disfigured beyond that of any human being and his form marred beyond human likeness ..." (Isaiah 52:14, NIV)
        • It is also written, "He had no beauty or majesty to attract us to him, nothing in his appearance that we should desire him. He was despised and rejected by mankind, a man of suffering, and familiar with pain. Like one from whom people hide their faces he was despised, and we held him in low esteem." (Isaiah 53:2-3, NIV)
      • God's message stands on its own, without the focus being on the person delivering the message. It's not about the person delivering the message, it's about the message itself.
    3. A Mother's Love For Her Children:
      • A mother's love for her children or a father's love for his children has nothing to do with the parent's good looks or the children's good looks. Looks has nothing to do with how much a parent loves their children. Love is love and looks has nothing to do with it.
Companies often use aggressive advertising campaigns to brainwash us to believe that their products are more desirable than they actually are because they use good looking people and sex appeal to sell their products. By contrast, God doesn't use good looks or sex appeal to convey his message because God's message stands alone.

In everything we do, we should seek to benefit others instead of ourselves.

    Perception Of Reality

    Updated Jun 28, 2015

    WORK IN PROGRESS:
This post is a work in progress and is subject to changes, revisions, edits and deletions.

Perception of reality is how a person perceives reality.

When a person goes through a change in the perception of their reality, it means that the way they perceive reality changes from perceiving reality one way to perceiving reality in another way.

    Here are some notes:
    1. Phenomenon Of The Quality Of Bestowal:
      • A person who goes through a change in the perception of their reality does so from the quality of bestowal (seeking to benefit others and Nature). A person can't go through a change in the perception of their reality from the quality of selfishness (seeking to benefit themselves). Today, we're all immersed in the quality of selfishness. We have to change from selfishness to bestowal. Once we're in bestowal, we'll experience phenomenon of the quality of bestowal, such as going through a change in the perception of our reality.
    2. The Creator Changes Our Perception Of Reality:
      • The Creator is the one who changes our perception of reality. A person can't change his/her own perception of reality. Also, it's not something that happens by chance, by coincidence or by some unknown trigger in Nature. It's The Creator who does it, it's almost as though we're asleep and He wakes us up. Cry out to The Creator for help and ask Him to bring you to the quality of bestowal.
    3. Revelation:
      • When a person goes through a change in the perception of their reality, it's not that a new reality is created, but that a new reality is revealed. That new reality already exists, even now, but it's concealed from us. Going through a change in the perception of one's reality reveals that concealed reality to us.
    4. The Truth:
      • When a person goes through a change in the perception of their reality, they see The Truth. A person can only come to The Truth through bestowal. The Truth already exists, even now, but it's concealed from us. In our old perception of reality, The Truth is concealed. In our new perception of reality, The Truth is revealed.
    5. Two Internal Qualities - Selfishness And Bestowal:
      • When a person goes through a change in the perception of their reality, they see The Truth. For the first time they see two internal qualities:
        • They see the quality of selfishness (in themselves)
          • Initially, they feel really bad about the way they've treated others but this passes once they realize that nothing bad has ever happened to us, others or Nature, we're surrounded by love, we just have to realize it.
        • They see the quality of bestowal (in others and all of Nature)
          • Initially, they don't know how to react and relate to people in their social environment (family, friends etc.) and they may feel compelled to leave their social environment. Eventually, as they grow, they come to treat people in their social environment (family, friends etc.) as they would everyone else, through love of friends, seeking to benefit others instead of themselves.
    6. Two Realities:
      • When a person goes through a change in the perception of their reality, it doesn't mean that they leave their old perception of reality behind and enter into a new perception of reality. They're born into a new perception of reality, but they're able to perceive two realities at once:
        • Their old perception of reality, where they felt isolated, alone and disconnected from others and Nature, and
        • A new additional perception of reality, where they feel connected and integrated with others and Nature.
      • Perhaps in time, the old perception of reality will disappear and all that will be left will be the new perception of reality. Perhaps.
      • Changing Perception Of Reality:
        • When a person goes through a change in the perception of their reality, their perception of reality may keep changing:
          • Sometimes they may feel as though they're the only person in selfishness, everyone else is in bestowal (seeking to benefit them). This makes them want to change from selfishness to bestowal, to be like everyone else.
          • Sometimes they may feel as though they're the only person in bestowal, everyone else is in selfishness. This makes them feel as though the whole world depends on them.
          • Eventually they come to realize that they've always been in bestowal and that nothing bad has ever happened to them, others or all of Nature, that we're surrounded by love, we just have to realize it.
          • Sometimes they may feel The Mirror Effectthat the world outside of them is a reflection of their internal qualities, that they and the world are one and the same.
          • Sometimes they may feel as though they're a creator, influencing the events of the world around them.
          • Sometimes they may feel as through others/Nature and The Creator are one and the same.
      • New Perceptions:
        • When a person goes through a change in the perception of their reality, over time, they continue to experience new, subtle, additional changes in the perception of their reality, new things that they hadn't initially perceived before.
        • As they grow within the quality of bestowal, their perception of reality also 'grows'.
      • Shocking Event:
        • Going through a change in the perception of one's reality can be a shocking event. At first, a person may not be able to speak about the event (even for years) because they're trying to come to terms with what they're perceiving and what they're going through. It takes time to adjust. (Just as a baby born in this world can't speak when it's first born).
Going through a change in the perception of one's reality is a phenomenon that a person experiences from the quality of bestowal. Ask the creator to bring you to bestowal.

In everything we do, we should seek to benefit others and Nature instead of ourselves.

      A Warning To My Critics

This is a warning to my critics:
      • Read and keep up with what I'm writing about because when you go through a change in the perception of your reality, you'll feel bad about the way you've criticized me, but at least you'll be informed, which will make it easier for you to go through the change.
      • If you don't read and keep up with what I'm writing about, when you go through a change in the perception of your reality, you'll feel bad about the way you've criticized me and you won't be informed, which will make it harder for you to go through the change.
When your perception of reality changes, please don't feel bad about the way you've criticized me. It will hurt me to know that you suffer as a result. Please know that there's nothing to forgive and that I love you.

These words may seem patronizing at the moment, but a time will come when they will be your comfort.

In everything we do, we should seek to benefit others and Nature instead of ourselves.

      Love Your Friend As Yourself

What does "love your friend as yourself" (Leviticus 19:18) mean?
      1. Self-Love:
        • Does it mean you have to love yourself before you can love others?
          • No, it doesn't mean this.
        • Does it mean that the same way you love yourself is the same way you should love others?
          • This is still focused on self-love because you're still thinking about yourself.
      2. Perception Of Reality:
        • Does it mean that others are you, that when you love others you actually love yourself  - because of The Mirror Effect (what's outside of us is a reflection of what's inside of us)?
      3. Love Of Friends:
        • Does it mean you have to love others instead of yourself?
          • This is changing from self-love (selfishness) to love of friends (bestowal).
          • When you love others it doesn't mean you hate yourself, not at all. It simply means you give all your love to others and have nothing left for yourself.
        • Does it mean that when you seek to benefit others, you adopt their desires as your own, you become them?
          • When you adopt your friend's desires as your own, you become them.
        • Does it mean to love The Creator within your own quality of reception, to be in a state called receiving to bestow?
          • There are only two forces in Nature, the force of giving (The Creator) and the force of receiving (The Creature). When we receive, we're ourselves, it's who we are; however, when we receive in a degree called LOVE, we receive not for our sake, but for the sake of The Creator, to bring contentment to The Creator.
        • Does it mean being connected with others as one?
          • Being connected in mutual bestowal.
        • Does it mean being connected with The Creator as one?
          • Being connected through equivalence of form.
