Benevolent Award - To Moshe Oz
It is a great honour and privilege to present Moshe Oz (of Kelowna, BC, Canada) with the Carter Ngari Benevolent Award for Benefiting Nature Locally - for treating Jemma, a five-week-old Border Collie puppy, by donating veterinary time, equipment, supplies and staff, and by so doing, benefiting Nature in a positive and constructive way, being a positive influence in our social environment and bringing contentment to The Creator.
