Benevolent Award - To The State of Japan
It is a great honour and privilege to present The State of Japan with the Carter Ngari Benevolent Award for Benefiting Others Globally - for remorsefully acknowledging Japan's role in World War II, and by so doing, benefiting others in a positive and constructive way, being a positive influence in our social environment and bringing contentment to The Creator.
