Prayer Comes From The Heart
Prayer comes from the heart. It doesn't matter what you say or do.
If you're hurting inside, don't take it out on those around you, take it out on God.
Yell, scream, rant, rave, cry, get angry, get upset. Tell God that you're mad and demand change. He's listening, but you have to ask from your heart. Remember, there is none else besides Him.
You're talking to God so be completely transparent. He already knows what you're going through, so show Him your pain and demand that He fix it.
Just as a child demands from his/her parents without restraint, demand from God with the same persistency. Something's broken, so demand that God fix it.
Ask yourself, are you hurting for yourself or for others?
In everything we do, we should seek to benefit others instead of ourselves.
Do not be afraid. God is with us.

Everyone Prays
Prayer is the desire of our heart. Everyone prays. Even a thief who's scoping out a bank to rob, in his heart, yearns for success. God sees the desires of our heart.
What's in your heart? You may be praying with prayers from a prayer book, using verses from scripture or with words from your mouth, but what's going on in your heart? What do you want?
Which prayers are always answered? Prayers for others. Pray for others.

Prayer
You don't need fancy words, special verses, or eloquent sentences to pray. Even a grunt that expresses a lack, will do. We are the desire and God is the fulfillment.
Express yourself somehow, someway. Don't pretend that everything's okay, and don't steel yourself against your emotions. Express your desire, your emptiness, your lack of fulfillment.
Be completely honest with yourself. Let yourself feel what you're missing. If you don't know what's missing, simply acknowledge that something's missing. Get emotional. Cry.
Pray for others, that they may leave the quality of selfishness and enter into the quality of bestowal. Pray for others, that they may know peace, love and unity.

A Prayer For All The Children Of The World
Ein Sof,
I pray for all the children of the world, that they may not suffer neglect, abuse, exploitation, trafficking, abandonment or death at the hands of selfish parents and guardians who are seeking only to benefit themselves.
Please protect all the children of the world and give them a safe, comfortable, tender, gentle, attentive and loving environment to grow up in.
Amen.

Prayer
What you feel in the innermost part of your heart is what you're saying to The Creator. You don't have to open your mouth or come up with a lot of things to say to Him.
You may be saying one thing with your mouth, but feeling another in your heart. If you want to change what you're saying to The Creator, change your innermost part, change your heart.

A Prayer
A prayer is a request to change from personal selfishness to mutual bestowal, to be detached from hatred to love.
A baby's demands don't come out in beautiful sentences. Someone who's hurting doesn't cry out in verses similar to the Psalms of King David.
Our problem is that we don't scrutinize our desires so that our cry will come from the depths of our heart. Search deep within yourself and speak from your heart.

Get Angry
In our relationship with The Upper Force, you have to be aggressive, assertive and demanding.
If you're not happy with your life then get angry, get upset and let God know. Don't be polite or use scripted verses and prayers from the books. This doesn't mean you have to be cruel or rude, just speak from your heart. Be emotional, be sincere, express yourself as honestly and openly as you can.
Just as children have no hesitation when demanding something of their parents, so too, have no hesitation when demanding something of God.
Keep in mind that God created the state in which you find yourself. He's trying to get your attention. But for what purpose?
There's no point complaining to Him about your current state because He's the one who put you there. When you pray, do you ask God to change your life? Are you asking Him to change something that He's created? Or are you looking for something more?
May The One True God, The Infinite God, The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob guide you, may He lead you and may He show you the way. God is with us and to Him we shall all return.

Pray For Others
If you pray for yourself, there's an element of selfishness, because you're only thinking about yourself. Instead, pray for others, that they may be happy, healthy and spiritually fulfilled.
In everything we do, we should seek to benefit others instead of ourselves.

Pray By Being Included In The Group
Today we're in a state where we have to return to unity, to one family. As such, prayer should reflect this sense of togetherness. So pray for others and pray by being included in the group.
Jesus prayed, "Our Father in heaven ...", He didn't pray "My Father in heaven ..." His prayer is inclusive of us all. (Matthew 6:9-13, NIV)

You Have To Ask For Help
There's a lot of negative things happening in the world today:
For all the negative things that are happening in the world today, understand that there's purpose: we have to leave the quality of selfishness behind and enter the quality of bestowal.
When you're ready for help, cry out to The One True God, The Infinite God, The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. He will hear your cry and help you.
Ask Him to change your internal qualities from selfishness to bestowal, and He will. Ask Him to guide you in paths of righteousness, and He will. Ask Him to reveal the purpose of your life to you, and He will. Ask Him to reveal Himself to you, and He will. Just ask.
Remember, YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR HELP. God won't impose Himself on us, WE HAVE TO ASK HIM FOR HELP. Your request has to be sincere and it has to come from the heart. Just ask.
Do not be afraid, God is with us.

- FAMILIES - families are breaking up, divorce is higher than it's ever been, children don't listen to their parents, people don't want to get married or have children etc.
- EDUCATION - there's a crisis in education, students are bored and disinterested, standards have dropped, children drop out of school and don't want to return etc.
- CULTURE - there's a deterioration in culture, everyone's looking out for themselves, no one cares about anybody else, people are cold and unfriendly etc.
- WORK - some people are slaves to their jobs and work too much, others can't find work, everyone's seeking personal profit and gain even at the expense of others etc.
- GOVERNMENTS - some governments have failed and collapsed, some are unstable, there's civil unrest, protests etc.
- FINANCE - a financial crisis is affecting people, businesses and governments, debt is a serious problem etc.
- HEALTH - depression, mental health and addiction are on the rise, under nutrition and obesity exist side by side, the cost of health care is rising etc.
- ECOLOGY - there's severe weather, floods, earthquakes, pollution etc.
- OTHER - everywhere you look, something's falling apart

How To Talk To God
God knows your heart, meaning He knows what's going on inside of you. He knows what you want, what you desire, what's in your heart.
You don't have to talk to God with words, you can, but it's not necessary. God knows your internal desires and prayer comes from the heart.
As it's written, " ... God knows what’s in your hearts." (Luke 16:15, NOGB) and " ... Allah knows what is in their hearts ... " (Quran 4:63, Sahih).
Here are three examples that show you three different states:
First example: If I pray with words that I repent and return to God, but I don't desire it in my heart, then my words are empty because they don't reflect the true desires of my heart. My heart wants one thing and my words say another.
Second example: If I pray with words that I repent and return to God, and in my heart I desire it, then my words reflect the true desires of my heart. Prayer comes from the heart. I use words to express the desires of my heart.
Third example: If I don't say a word, but in my heart I repent and I desires to return to God, then this is also a prayer, because prayer comes from the heart.

A Prayer for All Creation
You are God, The One True God
The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob
Creator of all creation
We pray for all creation
that all creation may come to know You
We are currently entrenched in selfishness
seeking to benefit ourselves with no regard for others
As a result we are disconnected from You
and all creation suffers as a result
Bring us back to You
to the quality of love of others
So we may seek to benefit others instead of ourselves
and become connected with You
All creation will benefit as a result
Please take care of all creation
the universes, the earth, plants, animals and human beings
Help us become guardians of life
so we may protect all life
not just human beings
but all life, everywhere
Teach us to love
to benefit others instead of ourselves
to benefit all life everywhere
Protect us all
for You are the Creator of all creation
