The Pleasure Of Giving

How do we get pleasure from giving - from being in the quality of bestowal, seeking to benefit others instead of ourselves? Here are two examples:

1. A Mothers And Her Baby:
• A mother fusses over her baby endlessly, and when she gives to her baby, she actually enjoys, she gets pleasure from taking care of him. She's constantly searching for new ways to make sure that he has everything he needs - does he need more milk, a nap, a diaper change etc.
• In the same way, we have to get to a point where we're taking care of others as though they're our baby, and by giving to them, we'd enjoy, we'd receive fulfillment.
2. A Great Person:
• Many of us look up to someone that we think is great. If we're given an opportunity to give to that person, we'd get a tremendous amount of pleasure from giving. Even though we're giving, we'd enjoy, we'd receive fulfillment, simply because we think that person is great.
• In the same way, we have to get to a point where we think others are great, and if we give to them, we'd receive pleasure from giving.

The pleasure we get from giving (from love), is unlimited, boundless and endless because when we love someone, we constantly search for new ways to benefit them.

Love is when we seek to benefit others instead of ourselves and the pleasure we get from giving is called spiritual pleasure. That's why love your friend as yourself is the basis for all spirituality.

When we seek to benefit others, we enter into adhesion with The Creator in equivalence of form with His qualities. We become one with each other and with The Creator.

In everything we do, we should seek to benefit others instead of ourselves.

How We Draw Near To God

Today, we're all immersed in selfishness, seeking to benefit ourselves with no regard for others. This means we're far from God because God's quality is bestowal, seeking to benefit others instead of oneself.

We draw near to God by rising above our egos and by seeking to benefit others instead of ourselves. The more we rise above our egos and seek to benefit others, the more similar we become to God in quality.

This is the law of equivalence of form. If our qualities are opposite to God's qualities, we're far from God. If our qualities are similar to God's qualities, we're near to God.

It's not enough to simply rise above our egos. We have to connect with each other in mutual bestowal. The goal isn't to rise above our egos. The goal is to connect with others.

When we connect with each other in mutual bestowal, it's not simply about giving. It's about connecting with each other, feeling each other, sensing one another.

The different names of God, such as Elohim, Yahweh etc., represent different levels of attainment, meaning how close we are to God in quality. Which is why it's really important to put God's names back into The Bible because they reveal specific states of attainment.

In everything we do, we should seek to benefit others instead of ourselves.

We Shall All Know God

We will all come to know God. What does it mean to know? It means to attain. We will attain God's qualities.

Our internal qualities are going to change from selfishness to bestowal and we're going to seek to benefit others instead of ourselves.

This internal transformation will connect us to God in quality. Our internal qualities will become similar to God's quality and we'll reach equivalence of form with The Creator.

If we're benevolent, giving, and altruistic, then we'll know God because God is benevolent, giving and altruistic.

As it is written, "... they will all know me, from the least of them to the greatest ..." (Jeremiah 31:34, NIV)

If our internal qualities change from selfishness to bestowal, then God's quality will be with us.

As it is written, "Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel." (Isaiah 7:14, NIV) Immanuel is a Hebrew name that literally means "God is with us".

Attainment

When our internal qualities change from selfishness to bestowal, we'll seek to benefit others instead of ourselves, and we'll enter into equivalence of form with The Creator:

- We'll ATTAIN Godly attributes, thinking of others instead of ourselves.
- We'll EXPERIENCE Godliness, we'll know what it means to be in the quality of bestowal.
- We'll BECOME similar to God in quality.

Our very nature will change, our internal qualities will change, we will change. We will attain, we will experience and we will become the quality of bestowal.

As it is written, "Taste and see that Yahweh is good." (Psalms 34:8, NOGB)

A Relationship With God

A relationship with God develops the same way a relationship with someone you meet for the first time develops. It takes time.

First you meet each other, then you spend time together, then after a while you get to know each other - you become friends.

A solid relationship is built on trust, commitment, loyalty and devotion. Building a relationship with God happens the same way.

Today we're immersed in the quality of selfishness, seeking to benefit ourselves with no regard for others. However, God is the quality of bestowal/love of others/altruism, where a person seeks to benefit others instead of themselves.

Today we don't have a relationship with God because our internal qualities are opposite to God's quality. The only way we can have a relationship with God is if we change.

Keep in mind that God doesn't change, we're the ones who have to change. Also keep in mind that it's our internal qualities that have to change - our internal programming, our very nature.

Our internal qualities have to change from selfishness to bestowal. We have to seek to benefit others instead of ourselves. The One True God, The Infinite God, The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob is the only one who can change your internal qualities. Ask Him for help and He'll change you.

Once our internal qualities change from selfishness to bestowal, we'll enter into equivalence of form with The Creator. Our internal qualities will become similar to God's quality. In this way we'll establish a relationship with God and we'll get to know Him.

The more we're able to rise above our egos and seek to benefit others instead of ourselves, the more we'll get to know God because we'll be acting like Him in quality.

A Letter to All Religious Leaders Around The World

I write to you in the name of The One True God, The Infinite God, The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

There are many religions around the world with different views. It's time to put all those differences aside and focus on one thing - connection.

The world is one family and though we may have our differences, we're all part of one system.

Religion plays an important role in society - it teaches people about God, morality and ethics and it comforts and calms people down through prayer, faith and belief.

However, like the entire world, today religion is rooted in selfishness, everyone is seeking to benefit themselves.

It's time to prioritize God and return to Him. What does it mean to return to God? It means our inner qualities have to change from selfishness to love of others. We have to seek to benefit others instead of ourselves.

We also have to come to the truth. One such truth is that The Bible and The Quran do not speak about the things of this physical world, they speak only about the forces of our internal qualities. Both Books explain how our internal qualities have to change from selfishness to love of others.

Our internal qualities connect us to God. When we're in the quality of selfishness, we're far away from God. When we're in the quality of love of others, we're closer to God.

Since God is love, if we acquire the quality of love of others we enter into equivalence of form with God and become united with Him in quality.

As religious leaders, you have to teach people about the attributes of God, that our inner qualities have to change from selfishness to love of others, that we have to seek to benefit others instead of ourselves.

Teach people that they have to cry out to God for help. God has to change us, we can't change ourselves.

Teach people that the world is one family, that we have to cooperate, collaborate and connect in mutual responsibility and that we have to take care of each other.

All teachings about hatred, division, separation and disconnection have to stop.

As religious leaders, you have to stop seeking selfish pleasures - individual accomplishments and achievements, status within your organizations, power and fame, pride in knowledge, being seen as righteous, love of money and others.

Pray that the Kingdom of God may come to Earth, pray for salvation that we may exit exile, pray for redemption that we may return to God and pray for unity and adhesion with The Creator.

May the One True God, The Infinite God, The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob guide you, may He lead you and may He show you the way.

May God bring us out of the quality of selfishness into the quality of love of others. May He unite us as one. There is none else besides Him.

God is with us and to Him we shall all return.

Love your Friend as Yourself

Leviticus 19:18 reads, "...love your neighbour as yourself"
In Hebrew - וְאָהַבְתָּ לְרֵעֲךָ כָּמוֹךָ  ve’ahavta lere’acha kamocha.

Love your friend as yourself is one of the best known phrases from the Bible. But what does it actually mean? There are several meanings depending on your perception of reality:

1. How To Treat Others
Before you cross the barrier you're not aware of your intention so the phrase "love your friend as yourself" can only be understood literally, treat others the way you would like to be treated. If your friend needs a pillow give him a pillow, if someone drops something help them pick it up. 

When you first cross the barrier you become aware of your intention for the first time and realize you've been using it at the expense of others. You want to stop harming others so your intention changes from reception to bestowal. "Love your friend as yourself" can be understood to mean do not harm others, "... do to others what you would have them do to you." (Matthew 7:12).

3. Your Friends are Your Intention
When you cross the barrier and become aware of your intention you notice something else, your friends tell the story of your intention. 

You're able to make a connection between your friends and your intention. The friends you're surrounded with tell the story of the stages that your intention goes through. So "love your friend as yourself" means that your friends are actually you since they tell the story of your intention.

We are all interconnected in this way. Your friends and I tell the story of your intention and my friends including you tell the story of my intention.

3. God is your Friend
In this world your friends are people you spend time with and know something about. When you reach the degree of "love" where your intention is similar to God's intention, you spend time with God and you know something about Him. You know His intention, He's your friend. The friend in "love your friend as yourself" is God. Love God.

Also, in spirituality when attributes have equivalence of form they become one. When your intention is similar to God's intention you become one with God. You can't tell where God starts or ends and you can't tell where you start or end. "Love your friend as yourself" means love God as yourself because you and God are one.

Speaking plainly - pleasure and intention

“Though I have been speaking figuratively, a time is coming when I will no longer use this kind of language but will tell you plainly about my Father. (John 16:25 NIV)

1. Pleasure
We are creatures of pleasure. Everything we do is for pleasure. We enjoy pleasure through our five senses: sight, sound, smell, taste and touch.

2. Intention
It's one thing to feel pleasure, it's another thing to become aware of our intention. Our intention is HOW we enjoy pleasure. Learning about our intention helps us learn about God's intention and shows us the purpose of creation. The purpose of creation is for God to give us pleasure and for us to receive pleasure from Him.

The following scenarios show our intention:

a. Receiving to Receive
Let's say you receive an apple pie from your friend. When you get it you don't think about your friend's pleasure but only of your own pleasure and how much you'll enjoy eating it. Your action is of reception and your intention is of reception. This is our most egoistical state when we are furthest from God. Our intention is opposite to God's. While God thinks only of us, we think only of ourselves.

b. Bestowing to Receive
Let's say you give your friend an apple pie. When you give it, you don't think about your friend's pleasure but only of your own pleasure and how much you'll enjoy from others seeing you as a giver, a do-gooder. You're not really doing it for your friend but only for yourself because you want to be seen as a righteous person. Your action is of bestowal but your intention is of reception.

c.  Bestowing to Bestow
Let's say you give your friend an apple pie. When you give it, you don't think about your friend's pleasure or your own pleasure. You're going through the motions without any thought of pleasure. Your action is of bestowal and your intention is of bestowal. But because we are creatures of pleasure, this state is called hell or the desert.

d. Receiving to Bestow
Let's say you receive an apple pie from your friend. When you get it you think only of your friend's pleasure and how much he wants you to enjoy it. You begin to sense his pleasure instead of your own. Your action is of reception but your intention is of bestowal. This is when we are closest to God because we are in equivalence of form (intention) with Him. We become one with God.

3. One with God
^"Once, having been asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, Jesus replied, “The kingdom of God does not come with your careful observation, nor will people say, ‘Here it is,’ or ‘There it is,’ because the kingdom of God is within you.”  (Luke 17 20-21 NIV 1984)

Jesus is talking about our intention, how we receive pleasure from God.

When God gives to us He thinks only of our pleasure - His action is of bestowal and His intention is of bestowal. When we are in the state of receiving to bestow, we receive from God thinking only of His pleasure - our action is of reception but our intention is of bestowal. While our actions are opposite, God gives and we receive, our intentions are similar, He thinks only of our pleasure and we think only of His pleasure. In spirituality when your attributes are equivalent, you become one, and because our intentions are equivalent to God's intention, we become one with God.
